Stay Drippy Juice Co...A man with a dream for his Mom makes it a business and makes it delicious!10/9/2016 Lucas Allinger and Stay Drippy's Beginning...
A few months ago I sat down with Lucas, the owner of Stay Drippy Juice Co, at a Starbucks here in Spokane to get a couple samplers not knowing anything about Stay Drippy Juice Co or him; I left there that day with a smile because Lucas was what I love about vapers, they are legit and caring and just want to help people find flavors they'll like so that they can choose a healthier option to smoking. I could tell Lucas picked me the flavors he thought I would like the best, and I poured a tank in the parking lot of that Starbucks and with the first hit of his juice "Dream" (a orange creamy treat) I was hooked! Since that day I have had nothing but wonderful things to say about Stay Drippy. There is something so important about not only a great product but a great owner that makes you loyal to the core with those companies and here in Spokane we are blessed with a handful of those and that's what the point of this is, to show you, my readers, who may not be from Washington or Idaho and don't know what these smaller juice companies are about. No they don't do big advertising because word of mouth is their advertising, so they are kind and nice and passionate as hell about what they do. I asked Lucas to answer some questions to have you get to know him the way that I do.... here's what he had to say:
What made you want to start making Ejuice? I began crafting E-liquid in 2012 to help my mother quit smoking, as the juice that was availible in stores at the time was too expensive, and contained high amounts of Propylene Glycol (PG). After making e-liquid for some time, i became infatuated with the challenge of creating unique flavor varieties that would blend well in a 100% vegetable glycerin base. How did you begin this company and does the name mean anything personal to you? The company slowly began after several years of crafting for my close friends and family. Contracting an FDA-approved manufacturer to re-create our recipes was the first and most important step to launching the official business, and after that we were able to begin working with the community on a much deeper level. "Stay Drippy" means a lot to our team. The name was created as a take on the pop-culture term "Stay Trippy", as i wanted the brand to embody the creative, loving, and psychedelic energy from the Pacific Northwest. Furthermore, "Stay Drippy" also reflects the goal of the company, to promote the use of vaporizers over conventional tobacco, and to keep our customers satisfied with the tobacco-alternatives availible from the brand. Who are the founders? I'm the founder and sole proprietor, but the venture would not have been possible without the support i've received from Spokane's community, and local businesses. When did you start doing this? I began crafting e-liquid in 2012, but the official brand did not hit stores until February of 2016. Which of the juices you make is your personal favorite? My personal preference is dependent almost entirely on the season. Our aromatic fruit blend, "Summer's Haze" is my top pick for the warmer months, and i tend to gravitate toward our Apple Crumble flavor, "Afgoo", as it starts to cool down during the fall and winter. Which flavor is your best seller/customer favorite? β"The Ice" has been one of our best sellers this year, and it's best described as a unique combination of strawberry, tropical fruits, and icy throat hit! What percentage of PG and VG are your juices? All of the juices from our company are 80%+ VG, with the lowest VG content sitting at 82/18 (VG/PG), and the highest VG content at 90/10 (VG/PG). How many locations are your juices in and what are those places? The brand is currently availible at "Wicked Glass" in Spokane, and the four "Sublime Vapor" locations throughout Spokane and Oregon. Can customers purchase your juices online, if so what is the web address? Our products are currently availible online at www.sublime-vapor.com/products/stay-drippy-juice-co-30ml-e-liquid As a small business owner and entrepreneur in the vaping industry what advice would you give to someone thinking of starting their own business? The greatest lesson i've learned is that a starting business will take all of your time, and energy. While this would seem grueling to most, the experience is truly priceless. To prospective entrepreneurs, be prepared to make this investment, and let your love for the industry be your motivation. There were countless days where i felt like i had to give up, but focusing on my love for the community never ceased to drive me through the worst of it. What is the most important part of selling a vaping product to you? The most important part of working in this industry is the impact we're making on the community. Anyone could sell any product and call it a business, but it's truly a blessing to be able to provide products that are helping individuals change their lives for the better. What's your vision for your juice line in the future? I try not to let my vision get too far ahead of the current state of affairs, but i hope that i'm able to continue evolving the brand to better suit the needs of our community.
Besides being a great guy, his juices are amazing! They are great for people who like to do smoke tricks and also have a wonderful unique flavor. Sometimes a lot of juices taste like another more popular one, that's not the case here. All of Stay Drippy Juice Co's juices are not something you've ever had. My personal favorites are Trainwreck and Dream, both a fruity vape and I am actually more of a dessert vape lover, but these are all so good that I can't put them down. The will to want to save his mothers life became a passion and company that very well could be what saves many lives as Lucas continues to listen to the vaping community and doing what he can to advocate for the vaping industry... you owe it to yourself to grab a bottle, I guarantee that there will be something that you like because he has something for everyone. A perfect example of "The Inland Northwest's Best".
UPDATE: As of October 14th Stay Drippy has released a fall/winter set of flavors and a new label. The flavors are out of this world and will not disappoint! Keep an eye out for this up and coming vaping company!

I posted this months ago but apparently I never hit publish so I cropped out the 213 that was once in the photo lol. Anyhow, 75 watts is more than enough on this sweet little device. The RX75 not only has a cool design it performs like a CHAMP! Let's start with some photos to show how to operate the doors on this device. The front screen has a protector over where you adjust the wattage, I upgraded my stock black one to the see through black one that comes in the kit. This allows you to see through to the screen easily. I also use the Wismec Theorem in rotation with the great Armor sub ohm tank that came with it. The device fires by squeezing the back battery plate and also has a switch that can be flipped to prevent accidental firing if you wanna carry it in your pocket. It takes one 18650 and does good on battery life at about 55 watts, which powers the Armor tank included in the kit perfectly. The tank has great flavor and looks great on pretty much every mod I own as well. This device is great for people who are notoriously dropping their mods, its beyond durable. I've dropped it on asphalt and cement on accident so many times and the picture above I took last week and I got this the week Wismec released it back in June. It's a great mod!
THE BEST OF THE INLAND NW...Ejuice Edition! - The 509 & 208 Ejuice ArtisanS; One By One...9/29/2016 I live in Eastern Washington State/ Northern Idaho, here we are very LUCKY to have a lot of wonderful ejuice manufacturers. Manufacturers who do a lot more than just make ejuice for our community here at home. I am going to review each of the big ejuice makers in the Eastern Washington and North Idaho Areas! These are people just like us...they each had a dream and a desire to provide vapers a reason to LOVE vaping! We've all been on these "buy local" crusades since the recession in 2008 when we watched our small businesses close their doors. But what about now? Even ejuice counts as a small business and we should be supporting them. So I'm calling this the HOMETOWN EJUICE DIARIES and it begins NOW! I have samples of all of the ejuice companies "best selling" flavors as well as some popular flavors amungst most vapers and a few more that just sounded tasty! Below I have a list of the juice makers in Eastern WA and Northern ID that are well known for being made here and locally owned and sold. βͺοΈ If you are a local juicer in the mentioned areas who I don't already know and have listed below, and would like to be included please contact me at: [email protected] βor on my Instagram page link black button at bottom of the page. Look for a review on each company over the next few weeks depending on how many more get added to my list ????? βLINK TO EACH COMPANIES INSTAGRAM PAGE: We see hundreds of "giveaways" all over Instagram and other social media sites offering free goods for a like and a follow and a repost, seems easy enough right? But how many of those "giveaways" actually ever give anything away? Surprisingly enough, not very many. So I am going to give you some tips to help you recognize legit giveaways from follower generating scam giveaways. First sign that a giveaway is a BUST is when you see tons of giveaway posts but you don't see any winners ever posted. Most companies that are actually giving stuff away are doing it for promotion purposes and want to show the winners and have the winners respond, thus creating free advertising when those winners show off their prizes. So if you see tons of giveaway posts and NO publicly announced winners it's a BUST. Second sign is a long time ago people didn't want to flood their feed with giveaway spam so they made special accounts special for giveaways, some even called the page "vape giveaway" or "vape giveaways" and so when users are looking for a giveaway suddenly they find these pages with 10 million followers (all who thought they could win something too) but in reality it is a page some user was hoping to get lucky on and win with out having to flood their real friends news feeds. So when looking at a giveaway, consider the source. Check the initiating page and see if they have done this before and have lists of the people who won. Don't follow pages called vapegiveaway, they never give away anything and get upset when that fact gets pointed out. Usually LEGIT companies and SMALL companies are the best at giveaways because they want to get their name out there. Also large companies often have very legit giveaways. So just be paying attention when entering a giveaway, we don't want to follow and support people who are false advertising and leading us actual vapers on. EXAMPLES:Examples of people who just created accounts to compete in giveaways not people actually giving anything away 💯 Every page offering lots of giveaways WILL have winner announcements! No one wants to Giveaway something without showing that they followed through. If you don't see winner announcements, it's not a giveaway but a scam to get followers. Here is a perfect example of a REAL GIVEAWAY, Smoant gives lots of prizes away...Follow them. Perfect example of a page that is a scam. This page has 5000! Followers all reposting their pics and gathering followers for them without the person having to do anything. Lots of promises with no pay out is a scam. I saw a page just like this one last week, there were pictures of vapes and had the same instructions this page does. Leave your email? So you can be spammed to death, not win something. Be aware of all motives the page owner may have. This is a scam for sure. On this one the company has a website where you register for your "freebie"....there are tons of comments saying it's a scam but not everyone reads those. Any company asking you for information prior to announcing you as a winner is probably a ploy to get your information. There are lots of people who can do a lot with your information; whether that's just spamming your email, selling your information to other third part companies or other scam type things. We have to be smart in this world. As good people we can't count on everyone to be as good as we are. Just think, "what is this company gaining", a real giveaway wants promotion and people to post their winnings and show off their product, they won't do it behind closed doors. FINAL THOUGHTDont forget that there are plenty of real companies giving away actual prizes, you just need to focus on the things I've outlined here. Happy Hunting!
***These are based on my observations and right to the 5th amendment users are ultimately able to make their own decisions. I am providing advice to help those who may be unaware. No user name shown in these photos are under any personal attack, just examples. If you've been featured as a scam giveaway and feel you were wrongly catagorized please email me personally with prof of winners. |
